You can check room availability online.
It is possible to reserve without a membership; however, by registering for a membership, future reservations can be made more smoothly and with more expediency.
Members will have access to their private page with ID and password.
(Registration is free.) Please consider taking this opportunity to register.

How to Make a Reservation

  1. Select your preferred accommodation plan or room type.
  2. Click the dates you wish to stay using the ** (or number)on the calendar.
  3. Specify the number of persons and confirm to proceed.
  4. Members log in using their ID and password. Non-members click “Continue to reservation screen.”
  5. Input the information into the mandatory information fields and click “Next.” Double-check your information on the confirmation screen and click “Reserve” to finalize the reservation.
    After a few minutes, you will receive a reservation confirmation email. ※If you do not receive an email, please contact us.

How to Cancel a Reservation

  1. Enter the reservation number and the email address used to make the reservation. Click “View reservation information.”
  2. Where the booking information is displayed, click “Cancel this reservation.”
  3. If you would like add a confirmation email address for your cancellation, enter your email address in the field provided. Click “Cancel reservation.”

(Note:) The general penalty for cancellations is 1% of the originally agreed-upon fee.
If you shorten the period of your contract, you will be charged a one day penalty (for the first day) regardless.
※You may take back any alterations to your contract by 12:00 midnight 3 days prior. In the case that you miss this deadline, please contact the hotel by telephone.

Membership Registration

Registering for a membership is free.
※You may make a reservation without registering for a membership.

  1. On the registration submission form, enter your email address and click “Send.”
  2. Fill in the mandatory information fields. Click “Confirmation Screen,” check your information for errors, and click “Register” to complete.
  3. In a few minutes, you will receive a registration completion email. You may make a reservation using the ID and password you registered.

  1. In the case that the customer has a reservation at any of the hotel’s partner facilities (including restaurants), information may be shared amongst the various facilities’ management staffs.
  2. For if the need should arise for us to contact you by post, or for our system maintenance.
  3. For if police or court authorities need to detain a customer.
  4. For if such authorities should need to question a customer.
  5. For if the need arises for emergency evacuation or self-protection, as determined by the hotel.
  6. If necessary for the protection of human life, health, or property.
