(Application of the Accommodation Agreement)
Doors lock: From 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM, we lock the front door entrance. If you return to the hotel later than 10:00 PM, you can use your room key to enter. (Loss of room keys will be paid for by the guest.)
Reception: 24 hours (From 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, someone will be on-site, but there will be times when the front desk is unmanned. You can contact the staff using the phone in your guestroom.)
breakfast: 7:00 AM-10:00 AM
Breakfast will be brought to your room and served. (Offered to guests who reserved at least 2 days prior)
We will ask what time you wish to e served breakfast at the time of booking. You may change this time up until the day before by 6:00 PM. The breakfast option availability is determined by which plan you chose. We cannot offer a refund if you choose not to have breakfast.
Room Service: 7:00 AM-10:00 AM 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
You have access to borrowing hotel equipment and a paid drink service. Offers are available from check-in at 3:00 PM until 12:00 AM, and from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Lobby Bar: 7:00 AM-11:00 AM 4:00 PM-11:30 PM
We offer the paid service of Kyoto sake and Kyoto coffee in the lobby.

Note: 1% of the original room fee will be paid in penalty for breaking contract.
If the number of days originally specified in the contract is shortened, you will still pay a one-day penalty (price of the room for one day), regardless the shortened stay.
To ensure the safety and protect the reputation of the hotel, we appreciate your cooperation in observing the following rules based on Article 10 of the accommodation agreement.
In circumstances similar to the above, a guest may be refused. If you see any suspicious activity within the hotel or find any suspicious objects, please contact the front desk and bring it to our attention.
